2. Eligibility
To hire a watch from Icon Watch Hire, you must:

3. Rental Periods
We offer flexible rental periods as follows:
• Daily: 24-hour rental.
• Weekend: Friday to Monday.
• Weekly: 7-day rental.
• Monthly: 30-day rental.
The rental period begins on the date and time specified in the Rental Agreement and concludes upon return of the watch.
4. Deposits and Payments
• A refundable deposit is required on every hire. The deposit amount varies based on the watch model.

6. Returns and Late Fees
• The watch must be returned on the agreed-upon date and time as per the Rental Agreement.
• Failure to return the watch on time may result in additional fees, which will be charged per day beyond the rental period.
• If the watch is not returned or if any damage is found, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit and seek further compensation if necessary.
7. Loss, Theft, or Damage
• The Customer is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the watch during the rental period.

• The Customer may be liable for the full replacement value of the watch if it is lost or irreparably damaged.
8. Insurance
• Icon Watch Hire recommends that Customers obtain insurance coverage for the watch during the rental period. We may provide optional insurance for an additional fee; please inquire at the time of booking for availability.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 Hours before the rental start date for a full refund.
