Once you've chosen, complete our rental agreement, provide the necessary identification and security deposit, and the watch is yours to enjoy for the rental period
  • What are the rental rates for your Rolex watches?
    Rental rates vary depending on the specific Rolex model and the duration of the rental. We offer daily, for weekend, weekly, and monthly rental options to suit your needs. For detailed pricing, please refer to each watch's specific page or contact our customer service team.
  • How long can I rent a watch for?
    We offer flexible rental periods ranging from one day to 3 months. Whether you need a Rolex for a special occasion or wish to experience it over a longer term, we can accommodate your preferences.
  • Do you require a security deposit?
    Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount depends on the value of the watch and will be fully refunded upon the safe return of the timepiece in its original condition.
  • Where do you operate?
    We operate in North West UK. We can offer our services if you live in Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, Salford and other cities located in the north west of the UK. We offer our watches to other cities if the rental term is longer than a week.
  • Is there a credit check?
    No, we do not do credit check.
  • What happens if the watch is damaged during the rental period?
    If the watch is damaged while in your possession, please notify us immediately. The cost of repairs may be deducted from your security deposit. We recommend handling the watch with care and considering our insurance options for added peace of mind.
  • Do you offer insurance for the rented watches?
    Yes, we offer insurance options that cover theft, loss, or accidental damage during your rental period. Our team can provide details on coverage and associated costs to ensure you have comprehensive protection.
  • What if the watch is lost or stolen?
    In the unfortunate event that the watch is lost or stolen, you must inform us immediately. You will be responsible for the full replacement value of the watch. Opting for our insurance coverage can mitigate this risk.
  • How do I return the watch after the rental period?
    You can return the watch to our showroom or arrange for secure shipping back to us using the prepaid, insured shipping label we provide. Detailed return instructions will be included with your rental agreement.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept bank transfers for all transactions. All transactions are processed securely to protect your personal and financial information.
  • Can I cancel or change my reservation?
    Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 2 days before the rental start date without any penalties. Changes or cancellations made within 2 days may be subject to fees. Please review our cancellation policy for complete details.
  • What happens if I return the watch late?

    For security and logistical reasons, we do not provide the original box and papers with rental watches.
